Annual HOA Dues

Beginning January 1, 2027, annual HOA dues will be $175.

Annual HOA dues support the operation and care of LeFirm Park Subdivision, including common-area needs, administrative expenses, neighborhood communications, maintenance, and other approved HOA responsibilities.

Property owners can find additional dues information in the Property Owner Portal.

This information is provided for property owners, prospective buyers, real estate professionals, and closing companies. Please contact LeFirm Park HOA to confirm the applicable annual dues and any property-specific account information before closing.

Governing Documents Update

Rental Property Restriction

Under Review

The LeFirm Park HOA Board is currently reviewing a proposed update to the Association’s governing documents regarding rental properties within the neighborhood.

LeFirm Park currently has 7 homes being used as rental properties. The Board is considering establishing a limit on the total number of homes that may be rented within the subdivision.

The Board is actively reviewing the appropriate language and requirements for a potential amendment to the governing documents.

Status: No change has been adopted at this time. Additional information will be provided to property owners as the proposed language and amendment process are developed.
