The LeFirm Park HOA Board helps manage the business of the association, maintain common areas, review community needs, communicate with residents, and support the long-term care of the subdivision.

The HOA Board is made up of property owner volunteers. The Board’s goal is to keep LeFirm Park organized, informed, and well maintained while preserving the character of the neighborhood.

Board Responsibilities
The HOA Board helps oversee:
- Community notices and resident communication
- HOA documents, records, and meeting minutes
- Common area maintenance
- Pond and subdivision concerns
- Annual meeting planning
- Neighborhood events and updates
- Review of property owner questions and requests
- Coordination with vendors, parish offices, and service providers when needed

Residents may contact the HOA Board with questions, concerns, document requests, or community matters.
When contacting the Board, please include your name, property address, phone number if needed, and a short description of the request or concern.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are held as needed to discuss HOA business, community needs, upcoming events, and resident concerns.
Upcoming meeting notices will be posted on the website when scheduled.
Annual HOA Meeting
The annual HOA meeting gives property owners an opportunity to hear updates, review HOA business, discuss neighborhood matters, and participate in the direction of the association.
